AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO SIGN THE MAINTENANCE AND ENCROAC�IMENT
AGREEMENT WITH THE SDDOT FOR STATE AID CONSTRUCTION PROJECT
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Commission of the City of Brookings, to hereby authorize the
Mayor to sign the Maintenance and Encroachment Agreement for State Aid Construction Project
Numbers P 3360(04)PCEMS 5164, P 3360(OS)PCEMS 5165, P 3301(09)PCEMS 5166, P 3245(07)
PCEMS 5167.
These projects are further described as follows:
Federal Aid Construction Project Numbers P 3360(04)PCEMS 5164, P 3360(OS)PCEMS
5165, P 3301(09)PCEMS 5166, P 3245(07)PCEMS 5167, hereinafter designated as the Project,
extending through the City of Brookings, South Dakota hereinafter referred to as the Municipality,
located and further described as follows:
Intersection of 8th St S and 7th Av S in Brookings, Traffic Signals
Intersection of 8th St S and 17th Av S in Brookings, Traffic Signals
Intersection of Medary Av S and 2nd St S in Brookings, Traffic Signals
Intersection of 3rd St N and 22nd Av in Brookings, Traffic Signals
Passed and approved this 14th day of January, 1997.
