RESOLUTION APPROVING CHANGE ORDER(CCO#22)
FOR BROOKINGS MULTIPLEX CONSTRUCTION PROJECT
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Commission that the following change order be allowed
for the Brookings MultiPlex Construction Project:
Construction Change Order Number 22
Furnish and install electrical components for the exhibition facility as detailed in the
attached Change Order No. 22. This work includes furnishing an electrical panel and associated
wiring to feed offices on the mezzanine along with feeding roof top units in the office area.
Passed and approved this 10``' day of November, 1998.

YOU ARE DIRECTED TO MAKE THE FOLLOWING CHANGES IN THIS CONTRACT: PAGE 1 OF 1
1. Furnish and install electrical components for the exhibition facility:
a. A 150KVA,480-120/208V transformer labeled T3 in duct conidor of inezzanine. Provide and install a 200/3 fusible disconnect
fused at 200 FRS in Panel MDP to serve transformer T3 and a feeder consisting of 3-3/0 XHHW Cu& 1-if6 Cu gnd in 2'fz"
conduit
b. A 120/208V 3-ph-4W, 84 circuit,400A two section panel labeled LPC-L&R in duct corridor of inezzanine. One section to
have a 400A main breaker and feed through lugs and one section to have main lugs only. Panels to have the following breaker
complements: 41-20/1 QOB,2-20/2 QOB, 1-30/2 QOB, 1-60/2 QOB, 1-30/3 QOB, 3-60/3 QOB. Serve from transformer T2
with a feed of 4-500 MCM XHHW Cu& 1-#3 Cu gnd in 4" conduit.
c. A 480/277V-3ph-4W, 84 circuit, 400A two section panel labeled HPl in lieu of 225A, single section HPl. Both sections to
have main lugs only and one section to have sub feed lugs. Revise breaker complements to: 55-20/1 EGB. Serve with a feeder
of 4-500 MCM XHHW Cu& 1-#3 Cu gnd in 4" conduit.
d. 400/3 fusible disconnect in MDP to serve Panel HPl in lieu of T1. Fuse at 400FRS in lieu of 250 FRS. 200/3 disconnect in
MDP to serve T1 in lieu of Panel HPl. Revise feeders for T1 to 3-3/0 XHHW Cu& 1 #6 Cu gnd in 2'h" conduit. Relabel
Transformer T1 to T2.
e. Relabel LP1 as LPB and revise breaker complements to: 64-20/1, 8-25/1 QOB, 1-20/2 QOB, 1-60/2 QOB, 1-20/3 QOB.
Revise feeder for relabeled panel LPB to 4-500 MCM XHHW Cu& 1-#3 Cu gnd in 4" conduit.
f. Seven type X3 fixtures shown on sheet RE1.9 as follows:
One in Electric Room#111A
One each in the two corridors off the public concourse
Two in the Women's Room#109
