BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF BROOKINGS, SOUTH DAKOTA:
WHEREAS, Richard F. Parsons, owner of the hereinafter described real property, has
submitted to the governing board a proposed plat of the following described real estate located in
the County of Brookings in the State of South Dakota to wit: Plat of lots 4 and 5 of Christie
Addition in the NW '/4 of the NE '/4 of Section 11, T109N, RSOW of the 5`h P.M., Brookings
County, South Dakota, and the Board of City Commissioners of said City having examined the
proposed plat and it appearing that all municipal t�es and special assessments, if any, upon said
plat and survey, have been executed according to law.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that said plat and survey be and is hereby in
all things accepted and approved.
Passed and signed on 10''' day of November, 1998.
