BE IT RESOLVED BY the governing body of the City of Brookings, State of South Dakota,that Darrell Hartmann is hereby appointed to the office of Fire Chief/Fire Marshall effective November 9, 1998 for a term terminating on the 315`day of December, 1998 subject to the right of removal as provided by State Statute. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the annual salary of the Fire Chief shall be $40,488. Passed and approved this 3`d day of November, 1998.
