HomeMy WebLinkAboutResolution 113-1998 RESOLUTION NO. 113-98 AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO SIGN AN EASEMENT AGREEMENT TO ALLOW JOINT USE OF AN ALLEY APPROACH WHEREAS, Casey's General Store at 122 West Sixth Street desires to use a portion of an alley east of their property and; WHEREAS, Casey's General Store will provide for the paving of said portion of an alley to City standards; NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor be authorized to sign said easement agreement.
