AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO SIGN AN EASEMENT AGREEMENT TO
ALLOW JOINT USE OF AN ALLEY APPROACH
WHEREAS, Casey's General Store at 122 West Sixth Street desires to use a
portion of an alley east of their property and;
WHEREAS, Casey's General Store will provide for the paving of said portion of
an alley to City standards;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor be authorized to sign
said easement agreement.
Passed and signed on 29`h day of September, 1998.

Casey's General Stores, Inc. hereby requests an exception to Section 18.54 of the City
Code in order to allow for the installation of tanks within 500' of a residential structur�. Th�
tanks are approximately 130' away fram tlie residential district to the nc>rth of our propos�d si�e.
