CONCURRING IN THE PLACEMENT OF A STOP SIGN ON LEFEVRE CUL DE
SAC AT ITS INTERSECTION WITH LEFEVRE DRIVE AND ON LEFEVRE DRIVE AT
321''D AVENUE
WHEREAS, Chapter 34, Article XIII, Section 34-204 of the Revised Ordinance of the
City of Brookings, provides for approval by the Commission for placement of stop signs in
locations other than along through streets.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Commission concurs in the
recommendation of the Traffic Safety Committee and the Public Safety Commissioner and
approves the placement of a stop sign on the east end of the LeFevre cul de sac at its intersection
with LeFevre Drive. The City Commission also concurs with the recommendation of the Public
Safety Commission and approves the placement of a stop sign on LeFevre Drive at 32"d Ave.
Passed and approved this 22°d day of September, 1998.
