AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO SIGN AN ACCESS EASEMENT FOR RAINBOW
PLAY SYSTEMS
WHEREAS, Rainbow Play Systems has requested an easement to construct a fire apparatus
access road on airport property south of their plant
AND, WHEREAS,the request will result in better fire protection for Rainbow Play Systems
and less exposure to danger for Brookings Firefighters during a fire
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of City Commissioners of the City of
Brookings that such easement be granted and that the Mayor be authorized to sign the Grant of
Easement.
