BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF BROOKINGS, SOUTH DAKOTA;
WHEREAS, owners of the hereinafter described real property have submitted to the
governing board a proposed plat of the following described real estate located in the City of
Brookings, County of Brookings in the State of South Dakota to wit: Plat of Lotsl-8, Block 2;
Lots 8-18, Block 3; and Lots 8 and 9, Block 4; Esther Heights Addition, City of Brookings,
I Brookings County, South Dakota and the Board of City Commissions of said City having
examined the proposed plat and it appearing that all municipal taxes and special assessments, if
any upon said plat and survey have been executed according to law.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that said plat and survey be and are hereby in
all things accepted and approved.
