RESOLUTION APPROVING CHANGE ORDER(CCO#18)
FOR BROOKINGS MULTIPLEX CONSTRUCTION PROJECT
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Commission that the following change order be allowed
for the Brookings MultiPlex Construction Project:
Construction Change Order Number 18
Furnish and install all work shown on the drawings and specifications,Annex Addition dated
7/24/98 which modify and are in addition to the base building contract documents for the
addition of the mezzanine level Conference Room, two offices, exit corridor and stair above the
tickedadministration area and Breakout Toilets in the shared space area north of the Lobby.
Work shall include all associated structural, mechanical and clerical work.
