RESOLUTION APPROVING CHANGE ORDER(CCO#17)
FOR BROOKINGS MULTIPLEX CONSTRUCTION PROJECT
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Commission that the following change order be allowed
for the Brookings MultiPlex Construction Project:
Construction Change Order Number 17
Furnish and install all work shown on the drawings and specifications,Annex Addition dates
7/24/98 which modify and are in addition to the base building contract documents for
modification of the Mezzanine of the Exhibition Building. Work shall include but not be limited
to addition of a 6' mezzanine extension, elevator and elevator equipment room walls, new
conference room, new storage room enclosure, new duct corridor, changes to the railing and stair
to the mezzanine and associated mechanical, structural and electrical work.
