AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO SIGN AN AGREEMENT TO LEASE A NEW
MOTOR GRADER AND;
WHEREAS,the Brookings Street Department has a need for a Motor Grader and;
WHEREAS, the Solid Waste Disposal Department will provide the funding for a five
year lease for said Motor Grader and;
WHEREAS,the City of Huron has taken bids on leasing Motor Grader and;
WHEREAS,the cost of the annual lease is $16,018.06;
NOW THEREFORE, LET IT BE RESOLVED that the Mayor be authorized to sign said
lease agreement and;
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED,that the City of Brookings is authorized to lease off the
City of Huron's bid for a Caterpillar 140H Motor Grader with a Balderson BW H12 Snowing.
