BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF BROOKINGS, SOUTH DAKOTA:
WHEREAS, Halverson Star Properties, Inc., Owners of the hereinafter described real
property has submitted to the governing board a proposed plat of Lots 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 1 l, 12, 13 &
14 of Block 1 of Fairgrounds Addition to the City of Brookings, South Dakota, and the Board of
City Commissioners of said City having examined the proposed plat and it appearing that all
municipal taxes and special assessments, if any, upon said plat and survey, have been executed
according to the law.
Passed and signed on 18`h day of August, 1998.
