RESOLUTION APPROVING CHANGE ORDER(CCO#15)
FOR BROOKINGS MULTIPLEX CONSTRUCTION PROJECT
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Commission that the following change order be allowed
for the Brookings MultiPlex Construction Project:
Construction Change Order Number 15
Change the electrical service at the County Offices per plans dated 7/24/98, sheet REA.1.
Increase the service size to accommodate the mechanical rooftop units that heat and cool the
County Offices. Original plans showed wiring the rooftop units back the Exhibition Building's
electric supply. The Exhibition Building should get a credit of$3,275 for conduit and wire that
was not needed.
ADD $17,250.00 Phase 1 b
DEDUCT 3 275.00 Phase 1 a
$13,975.00
