RESOLUTION APPROVING CHANGE ORDER(CCO#13)
FOR BROOKINGS MULTIPLEX CONSTRUCTION PROJECT
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Commission that the following change order be allowed
for the Brookings MultiPlex Construction Project:
Construction Change Order Number 13
Relocate Bath Rooms and enlarged Conference Room to new locations in the Lab/Research
Building. Work to include:
- move water service to Storage Room adjacent to Telephone Room
- add plumbing fixtures, toilet partitions and accessories
- additional finishes (floor covering, ceiling,paint).
- operable wall partition is not included per Tom Richter.
- additional wall framing and drywall
- additional electric
