RESOLUTION APPROVING CHANGE ORDER(CCO#12)
FOR BROOKINGS MULTIPLEX CONSTRUCTION PROJECT
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Commission that the following change order be allowed
for the Brookings MultiPlex Construction Project:
Construction Change Order Number 12
Furnish and install all tenant improvement finishes for Biogenetics Services, Inc. (Greenhouse
not included) and Novartis Inc. per drawings prepared by Mills Construction.
