SERVICES WITH BANNER ASSOCIATES, INC. FOR RAILROAD FEASIBILITY STUDY.
BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Brookings to authorize
the Mayor to sign a contract for professional services for Railroad Feasibility Study.
