RESOLUTION APPROVING CHANGE ORDER(CCO#11)
FOR BROOKINGS MULTIPLEX CONSTRUCTION PROJECT
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Commission that the following change order be allowed
for the Brookings MultiPlex Construction Project:
Construction Change Order Number 11
Change south parking lot per drawing dated 5/7/98 to conform with landscape master plan:
1. Add two additional light poles and fixtures
2. Increase parking lot size by 5,208 s.f. (Base course gravel, 100 ton of asphalt)
3. Additional earthwork, clay fill
4. Gravel surfacing for south entrance driveway, tear out and replace concrete
curb/gutter to south gravel driveway
5. Relocate north entrances into parking lot, move each approximately 15'-0"
6. Additional painted lines
7. Sidewalk at the center island, 1,200 s.f.
8. Surveying costs to enlarge the parking lot
