RESOLUTION APPROVING CHANGE ORDER(CCO#9)
FOR BROOKINGS MULTIPLEX CONSTRUCTION PROJECT
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Commission that the following change order be allowed
for the Brookings MultiPlex Construction Project:
Construction Change Order No. 9
Furnish and install larger HVAC units and ductwork and motors to more efficiently and more
quietly more quietly move the heating and ventilation of the additional space created by the
additional bay expansion Alternate 4A.
