RESOLUTION APPROVING CHANGE ORDER(CCO#7)
FOR BROOKINGS MULTIPLEX CONSTRUCTION PROJECT
BE TT RESOLVED by the City Commission that the following change order be allowed
for the Brookings MultiPlex Construction Project:
Construction Change Order Number 7
Provide heavy duty hinges and edges on kitchen cabinets. Add $ 721.00
Furnish and insta112 fourplex electrical outlets and one telephone/data junction box in each
furred out column in Open office 135. Add $ 538.00
Furnish and install two 2"PVC pipes underground from Electrical Room to Storage Room 127
for future telephone and data lines. Change electric service entry to east side.
Add $ 00.00
Relocate one existing tree from the existing county Extension Office to a designated area on the
building site to be selected by the architect. Verify tree to be relocated with county
representative. Add $ 191.00
Relocate door and frame#124 and change door swing per Drawing PD-5
Add $ 00.00
Change to larger window in all offices (3' 8"high x 4' 8"wide).
Add $2,465.00
Furnish and install two additional combination voice data outlets in common two gang flush wall
boxes, Break room#137. Omit telephone outlet on the east wall.
Add $ 38.00
Furnish and install one exterior light pole and fixture similar to lights in front of building
between the east parking lot and north door of county offices.
Add $4,618.00
TOTAL $8,571.00
