RESOLUTION NO. 47-98 DECLARING CERTAIN PROPERTY SURPLUS, APPRAISING AND AUTHORIZING SALE OF SURPLUS PROPERTY WHEREAS,the City of Brookings has surplus items as listed in a Notice of Sale that are no longer necessary or useful for City purposes, and it is the desire of the City to dispose of same as surplus property; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED,that all the listed property is appraised at a value of less than Five Hundred Dollars per item by the City Commission. FURTHER BE IT RESOLVED by the City Commission that the property be offered for sale at public auction on June 4, 1998.
