A RESOLUTION DIRECTING ABATEMENT OF PREMISES KEPT AT VARIANCE
WITH SURROUNDING PROPERTIES
WHEREAS, the City of Brookings Code of Ordinances, Chapter 10, Article V requires
that property shall be maintained to the level of the surrounding property.
AND, WHEREAS,the Property Maintenance Enforcement Procedure Handbook requires
that a written request be made by the City Commission to initiate enforcement.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Brooking City Commission hereby directs
that an investigation and subsequent abatement, if necessary,be initiated on property located at
829 7�'Avenue,more specifically described as the E105' of N100' of Lot 3 and 4,Block 7 of
Peterson's Second Addition as per the Property Maintenance Enforcement Procedure Handbook.
Passed and approved this 19th day of May, 1998.
