RESOLUTION APPROVING CHANGE ORDER(CCO#6)
FOR BROOKINGS MULTIPLEX CONSTRUCTION PROJECT
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Commission that the following change order be allowed
for the Brookings MultiPlex Construction Project:
Construction Change Order Number 6
Furnish and install snow guards on roof Add $ 8,483.00
Provide additional services per grant requirements
by general contractor Add $ 12,328.00
Annex addition 65' x 286' Add $ 636,500.00
Second floor office and conference room Add $ 52,566.00
Extended mezzanine level Add $ 26,250.00
Elevator Add $ 42,000.00
Concrete floor in expo area Delete $(150,000.00)
TOTAL $ 628,127.00
