DEDICATING LAND FOR BICYCLE PATH USE
WHEREAS, the City of Brookings has received a grant to construct bicycle/walking
patlas throughout the southern part of the City and
WHEREAS, the bicycle/walking paths will cross certain properties owned by the City as
listed below:

9A Substation Addition of the NW1/4 of Section 1 T109N-RSOW
10 Lots 1, 2 and 3 Block 2 and all of Block 3 of McClemans Addition in the SEl/4 of
Section 35 T110N-RSOW
11 Lot 56 of Wahpeton Village, Indian Hills Addition of Section 35 T110N-RSOW
NOW, THEREFORE, BE TT RESOLVED that the Brookings City Commission hereby
dedicates a twenty(20) foot wide strip of land centered upon the bicycle trail as constructed on
the above referenced parcel of land for use as a bicycle/walking path.
