WHEREAS, the City of Brookings, through its Industrial Development Fund, is the owner of the N150'
of Blk 4 Rainbow Addition to the City of Brookings lying east of the 20' platted easement(to be known as Lot 1
Bik 4) containing 1.38 ±acres and,
WHEREAS, the Brookings Economic Development Corporation has requested to utilize 1.38 acres for
further development of the Rainbow Play Systems in Block 4 of Rainbow Addition,
AND, WHEREAS, the 1.38 acres will be sold for a total price of$27,500.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor be authorized to sign a purchase agreement
with the Brookings Economic Development Corporation to transfer the N150' of Blk 4 Rainbow Addition lying
east of the 20' platted easement (to be known as Lot 1 Blk 4) containing 1.38 ±acres
