BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Brookings, South Dakota
WHEREAS, owners of the hereinafter described real property, have submitted to the governing board a
proposed plat of the following described real estate situated in the City of Brookings, County of Brookings, in
the State of South Dakota to wit: Plat of Lots 1-8 of Lot"B", A subdivision of Lot"A", Chaulsett Addition, in
the City of Brookings, Brookings County, South Dakota, and the Board of City Commissioners of said City
having examined the proposed plat and it appearing that all municipal taxes and special assessments, if any,
upon said plat and survey, have been executed according to law.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that said plat and survey be and are hereby in all things
accepted and approved.
Passed and approved this lOth day of February, 1998.
