RESOLUTION NO. 4-98
RESOLUTION APPROVING CHANGE ORDER(CCO#3 AND CCO#4)
FOR BROOKINGS MULTIPLEX CONSTRUCTION PROJECT
BE IT RESOLVED by the Ciry Commission that the following change order be allowed for the
Brookings MultiPlex Construction Project:
Construction Change Order Number 3
Change the size of the first three joists located south of grid F.1. The northernmost shall be changed to
32LH 15, the other two joists shall be 32LH14. Add a joist 2.5' north of each of the first four joists
located south of grid F.l. The northernmost joist is to be 32LH15, the other three joists shall be
32LH 14. Add $10,440.14
Construction Change Order Number 4
Redesign the slab and foundation wall connections per change drawings CD-1 and CD-2. Omit 24"
insulation under slabs. Deduct($1,275.01)
Delete two compartment sink in Concessions Room 107 and furnish and install one three compartment
sink in the same location. Add $354.85
Change the insurance requirements for the project per Mills Construction letter, dated 12/17/97. Deduct
($1,500.00)

In order to provide for future snow drift capaciry for the case in which additional construction is located north of, and
adjacent to, the north side of the meeting rooms, the roof framing indicated on S1.6 should be revised as described below:
