RESOLUTION NO. 124-99
TRADE-IN OF SURPLUS PROPERTY
WHEREAS, the City of Brookings, is the owner of the following property:
1 - 1986 Chevy Dump Truck Single�le—(Street)
1 —Street Sweeper- (Street)
WHEREAS, the above property is no longer necessary,useful or suitable for City
purposes, and it is the desire of the City of Brookings to trade-in the surplus property;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the governing body of the City of
Brookings, South Dakota,that this property be declared surplus property to be traded-in on
replacement items.
Passed and approved this 20th day of December, 1999.

This resolution is a year end clean up action needed for our audit. Any item the City disposes of
whether it is sold,junked, lost or traded in must be declared surplus property. These are items
traded in by the General Fund in 1999.
