RESOLUTION APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. ONE(CCO#1) ON A PUMPER
APPARATUS AND EQUIl'MENT(FIRE TRUCK)
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council that the following change order be allowed for
the Pumper Fire Truck:
Item#1 Add a 45 degree SCBA mount and bracket

#1 Add Sectlo� 20.25 to the speci�ications: A 45 degree SC6A rmount and bracket
sh�ll be suppliQd and installed between the ch�ssis front s�ais, angled for use by the
offioer.

#2 Add Secfion Z2.05 to the specifications: Two (2)sets of pike pole brackets shall
be inst�llad on th� I�ddQr rack. One set of brackets will 6e for a four foot pike pole, and
the otfie�set will be for a ten foot pike pole.

�t3 Add Section 6.12 to the specifications: A soft suction hose compartment sha[I
be provided under the passenger side steamer inlet for pre connected soft suction
hose.

#4 Alter Section 13.21 to read as follows: Aluminum hard suction hose
compartrnents shall be provided in the right hand side of the hose bed of the body. ThQ
suction hose shal{ be carried side by side, with a divider between the hoses. The
vert+cal wall that is looated on the hose bed side of the hard suction hose compartment
shall be full height of the hose bed.

floodltghta ahall he provided and instailed on the r+ear vertieal "beavertail" extrusfons.
These lights shall be the removable tripod type and shall be U.L. listed. The lights shall
plug into outlets mounted near the base of the lights with L5-20 twistlock plugs.
