WHEREAS, on the 18`�day of August, 1999,there was held in the City of Brookings, South
Dakota,a recount of the four(4)year council race for the election held on the third day of August, 1999,
and
WHEREAS,the recount board consisted of Keri Weems, Lorraine Langner(for Mike
McClemans), Phillip Plumart(for Sam Artz), Ryan Howlett(for Zeno Wicks III),and Tim Hogan(for
Edward Hogan);
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED By the City Council of the City of
Brookings, South Dakota,that the official recount for the four year council member was as follows:
