RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE CITY OF BROOKINGS POLICY AND PROCEDURES

WHEREAS, the Brookings City Commission has heretofore adopted a policy and practices
manual governing the organizational and operations affairs of the City of Brookings employees, and
W�REAS, the Commission finds that periodically revisions and amendments to those policies
and procedwes is in order.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Brookings City Commission hereby adopts
the Policy and Procedures Manual, Revised and Amended, August 1999 and repeals all prior versions.
