Refer to Plan sheet 3.2 and provide the following corrective work to the existing exit door, located
near the Northeast corner of the building:
1. Remove existing door and hardware; the existing hollow metal frame and electric dead bolt
shalf be left in place to receive new hollow metal door and new hardware.
2. Coordinate door dimensions and hardware locations with the existing frame opening.
3. Provide hinges,tt�resliold, weatherstripping as specified; refer to Hardware Schedule No. 1,
Section 08710. Provide Sargent Exit Device 12-8810, LCN Closer 4041-CUSH and Reese
Bottom Sweep 362A. Coordinate new hardware with new hollow metal door.
