WH�REAS, the city of Brookings, through its Industrial Development Fund, is the owner
of the Telkamp Industrial Park and
WF�REAS, the Brookings Economic Development Corporation has requested to
purchase a one and one-half acre tract for further industrial development and
VVHEREAS the 1.5 acres will be sold at $12,000 per acre for a total cost of$18,000.
NOW, TI-�REFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor be authorized to sign a
purchase agreement and warranty deed with Brookings Economic Development Corporation for a
1.5 acre parcel of land with 150 feet of frontage on 32°d Avenue S. to the south of Winter
Concrete which will be platted by the City before sale.
