HomeMy WebLinkAboutResolution 47-1999 r RESOLUTION NO. 47-99 APPRAISING AND AUTHORIZING SALE OF SURPLUS PROPERTY WHEREAS, the City of Brookings has surplus items as listed in a Notice of Sa1e that are no longer necessary or useful for City purposes, and it is the desire of the City to dispose of same as surplus property; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that all the listed property declared surplus by the City Commission. FURTHER BE IT RESOLVED by the City Commission that the property be offered for sale at public auction on June 17, 1999.
