BE IT RESOLVED by the City Commission that the following change order be allowed
for the Brookings MultiPlex Construction Project:
Construction Change Order Number 23
Furnish and install fire dampers for the exhibition facility and county offices as detailed
in the attached Change Order No. 23. This work includes furnishing all required fire dampers
and associated connections to protect o�ces on the mezzanine along with protecting roof top
units in the county office area.
Passed and signed on 10`h day of November, 1998.
