BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF BROOKINGS, SOUTH DAKOTA:
WHEREAS, Paul E. Moriarty, Owner of the hereinafter described real property has
submitted to the governing board a proposed plat of Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 and 8 of Block 11 of
Moriarty-Edgebrook Addition to the City of Brookings, South Dakota, and the Board of City
Commissioners of said City having examined the proposed plat and it appearing that all
municipal t�es and special assessments, if any, upon said plat and survey,have been executed
according to the law.
Passed and approved this 13"' day of April, 1999.
