WHEREAS, the City of Brookings, is desirous of purchasing office panels and furniture
in the 1999 calendar year, and
WHEREAS, SDCL 5-18-18 allows local units of government to purchase from the State
price list under certain conditions, and
WHEREAS, the State of South Dakota has bid and placed on the State price list within
the past 12 months, office panels and furniture,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Commissioners of the City
of Brookings authorizes the Finance Officer to proceed with the purchase of office panels and
associated furniture from Canfield Business Interiors under State of South Dakota contract
11829.
