BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council that the following change order be allowed for 00-01 SWR: Schedule A. Resolution 84-00, authorizing final c6ange order(CCO#1 Final) for 00-01SWR, Schedule A Curb & Gutter and Sidewalk Repair Project. A worksheet for the above referenced change order is enclosed. T'his project consisted of replacing curb& gutter, valley gutters, and curb ramps throughout Brookings, with the majority of sites being north of 6�' Street. Included with this project are sidewalks that were replaced and will be assessed to the owners. The total bid cost of$62,850.00. However, final quantities result in an actual for an actual cost of$71,372.26. The cl�ange order amount is an increase of $8,522.26, adjusting estimated quantities to as-built quantities. The majority of the increase was for replacement of severely deteriorated curb& gutter in preparation for the 2001 chip seal and overlay project. We also completed numerous curb ramps north of 6�' Street, which has been an ongoing objective to comply with the ADA requirement of having curb ramps at every intersection. •
