RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING FINAL CHANGE ORDER(CCO#1 FINAL)FOR
00-OSSTI MULTIPLEX PARKING LOT EXPANSION
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council that the following change order be allowed for
00-OSSTI.
Construction Change Order Number 1 Final
Adjust estimated quantities as "as build" for a total decrease of$9,982.34.

• C. Action on Resolution 82-00, authorizing final change order(CCO#1 Final) for 00-
OSSTI Multiplex Parking Lot Egpansion. A worksheet for the above referenced change
order is enclosed. This project consisted of constructing a new asphalt parking lot at the
Multiplex, approximately 150 feet x 780 feet in size. The total plan cost was $134,155.70.
We have measured the final quantities and have an actual cost of$124,173.36. The change
order amount is a reduction of$9,982.34, adjusting estimated quantities to as-built
quantities. The majority of the decrease was in the sub-grade preparation, which was
performed by Rounds Construction as part of the Ice Arena site-work.
