This project consisted of the construction of two - ten foot wide valley gutters located at 11� Street, just east of 16� Avenue and between Yorktown Drive and 15� Street South, east of Medary Avenue South. These valley gutters were built to improve the City's drainage ways with minimal maintenance required. The valley gutter at 11� Street is on SDSU property and SDSU will be paying half of the cost, as required by Resolution No. 22-85. The plan quantity is 6400 Square Feet with a total bid cost of $34560.00. However, we have measured the final product with a total of 6395.36 Square Feet with an actual cost of $34534.94. The change order amount is a reduction of $25.06, adjusting estimated quantities to as-built quantities. JAL:jal
