A RESOLUTION OF THE GOVERNING BODY OF THE CITY OF BROOKINGS,
SOUTH DAKOTA, AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO APPROVE PLATS.
WHEREAS, The governing body has the authority according to state statute to
designate an administrative official of the municipality to approve plats in lieu of
approval by the governing body.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Manager is hereby
authorized to approve all plats submitted to the City of Brookings.
Passed and approved this 10th day of July, 2000.
