FINAL PLAT
WHEREAS,the Brookings Board of Education, District 5-1, owners of the hereinafter
described real property, have submitted to the governing board a proposed plat of the following
described real estate situated in the City of Brookings in the State of South Dakota to wit: Lots
101, 102 and 103 of Block 10, Second Addition in the City of Brookings, South Dakota, and the
City Council of said City having examined the proposed plat and it appearing that all municipal
taxes and special assessments, if any, upon sa.id plat and survey, have been executed according to
law.
NOW, TI�REFORE, BE IT RESOLVED,that said plat and survey be and are hereby in
all things accepted and approved.
Passed and approved this 12th day of June, 2000.

June 12th City Council Meeting �
FINAL PLAT— Lots 101, 102 and 103, Block 10, Second Addition
Proposal: Replat 12 lots into three larger lots for the purpose of transfer of ownership.
Site Sqecifics: These lots coincide with the boundaries agreed upon concerning the
1921 Brookings Middle School and 1986 physical education facility. Lots 13 and 14 will
remain as they are.
City Planning Commission recommendation: The City Planning Commission voted 7
yes and 0 no to recommend approval.
