RESOLUTION NO. 1-00
WHEREAS, a petition to vacate has been filed with the City Clerk of the City of
Brookings, and
WHEREAS, the petition was filed in proper form and signed by one hundred
percent (100%)of the adjacent property owners.
NOW, TI�REFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Brookings:
That a 350' portion of State Street between Minnesota and 22nd Avenue is
hereby vacated.
Passed and approved this 24�`day of January, 2000.

NOTICE is hereby given that First National Bank in Brookings has submitted a petition to
vacate the following:
That portion (350') of State Street between Minnesota Drive and 22"d Avenue
NOTICE is further given that said request will be acted on by the City Council at 5:30
p.m. on Monday,January 24, 20000 in the Council Chambers in the lower level of City Hall,
Brookings, South Dakota.
Any person interested may a�pear and be heard in this matter.
