SKINNER'S PUB OPERATING AGREEMENT RENEWAL
BE IT RESOLVED by the city of Brookings, South Dakota,that the City Council
hereby approves a Lease Renewal Agreement for the Operating Wine Management Agreement
between the City of Brookings and Skinner's Pub, for the purpose of a wine manager to operate
the on-sale establishment or business for and on behalf of the City of Brookings at 300 Main
Avenue also known as Skinner's Pub.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Manager be authorized to execute the
Agreement on behalf of the City, which shall be for a period of five (5) years.
Passed and approved this 17th day of December, 2001.

LEASE RENEWAL AGREEMENT
WHEREAS,the City of Brookings, South Dakota, as Lessor, and Skinner's Pub, as
Lessee entered into a certain Wine Agreement, dated December 31, 1996, and
WHEREAS,the present term of said lease agreement is about to expire, and the Lessee
desires to renew same for a five year term in accordance with the terms and conditions of said
original Lease Agreement,
NOW,THEREFORE,FOR AND IN CONSIDERATION OF THE MUTUAL
COVENANTS, PROMISES AND AGREEMENTS THE PARTIES DO HEREBY
CONTRACT,COVENANT AND AGREE AS FOLLOWS:
Lessor does hereby extend and renew that certain lease dated December 31, 1996 for a
period of five (5) years expiring on December 31, 2006.
Lessee agrees to said renewal and extension and agrees to be bound by the terms and
conditions of said lease throughout the leasehold period.
