A RESOLUTION SETTING FORTH A SCHEDULE OF PROPOSED FINES, FEES
AND PROCEDURES PERTAINING TO THE KEEPING AND CONTROL OF ANIMALS IN
THE CITY OF BROOKINGS, SOUTH DAKOTA.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Brookings, South Dakota, that the
following Schedule of Proposed Fines, Fees and Procedures sha11 be effective as of the date of
this Resolution for a11 violations of Ordinances set forth herein.
SCHEDULE OF PROPOSED FINES, FEES AND PROCEDURES
