Canvassing the April 10,2001 Election
WHEREAS,on the 10`h day of April,2001,there was held in the City of Brookings, South Dakota,an
election for the purpose of electing three City Council Members for terms of four years, and
WHEREAS,the judges and clerks of said election have returned to the City Council of the City of
Brookings the official results for the purpose of the official canvass, and
WHEREAS,the City Council on April 16, 2001 has canvassed the results for the purpose of determining
the new elected official,and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED By the City Council of the City of Brookings, South
Dakota,that the official vote at the annual City Election held April 10,2001 was as follows:

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED That Tom Bozied, Scott Munsterman,and Doris Roden are hereby elected
as City Council Members of the City of Brookings for terms of four years,and that the City Clerk is hereby
directed to issue a certificate of election to Tom Bozied, Scott Munsterman,and Doris Roden as the duly elected
Council Members.
