ESTABLISHING MEDICAL INSURANCE MONTHLY CONTRIBUTION RATES FOR THE CITY OF
BROOKINGS HEALTH INSURANCE PROGRAM
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 109-96 established a self-funded program for the provision of health insurance for City
employees;and
WHEREAS, the Brookings City Council intends to establish the levels of employee and employer cornribution to
fund the program;
NOW, THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED,that the 2003 employee and employer contributions to the self-funded
health insurance program be established as follows:
