BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council that the following change order be allowed for
2001-06STI: Schedules C, D, E, F, G, H& I:
Construction Change Order Number 1 Final
Adjust estimated quantities as"as build" for a total decrease of$56,847.07.
Change contract time for Schedule G(Bike Trails)to July 9, 2002.
Change contract time for Schedule I (Ice Arena)to October 25, 2002.
Passed and approved this 17�' day of December 2002.
