RESOLUTION AMENDING THE 2002 BUDGET
WHEREAS, $100,000 of the Contingency Budget was designated for the Larson
Ice Arena as project contingency, and
WHEREAS,the project was completed within budget and the $100,000
contingency was not utilized, and
WHEREAS,the parking lots of the Ice Arena/Multiplex are in need of asphalt
surfacing, and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED,by the City Council that the City
Manager be authorized to make the following transfer of funds:
From General Fund Contingency to Ice Arena Capital Fund
$100,000
NOW, THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED,that the 2002 budget is amended as
described above.
Passed and approved this 22nd day of July, 2002.
