ALLEY VACATION
WHEREAS, a petition to vacate has been filed with the City Clerk of the City of
Brookings, and
WHEREAS, the petition was filed in proper form and signed by one hundred percent
(100%) of the adjacent properry owners.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, the west 71.5 feet of the alley extending from State
Street into Block 1, Bane and Poole Addition is hereby vacated by the City Council of the City of
Brookings with the following conditions:
1. A utility easement shall be retained over the entire vacated portion
Passed and approved this 8th day of July 2002.
