RESOLUTION AWARDING BIDS ON P3301(00)PCEMS 312R SURFACING ON
MEDARY AVENUE SOUTH
WHEREAS,the City of Brookings has received the following bid for Project P3301(00)
PCEMS 312R Surfacing on Medary Avenue South.
"Bowes Construction,Inc." $167,154.60
NOW THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED that the low bid of Bowes Construction,
Inc. of Brookings, SD in the amount of$167,154.60 be accepted contingent upon the
concurrence of the South Dakota Department of Transportation in the award of the bid.
Passed and approved this 22"d day of Apri12002.
